Research Assistant

I am a Research Assistant at the BoevaLab at ETH Zurich. My research focuses on developing foundation models for single-cell RNA sequencing data. By learning rich representations from large-scale transcriptomic datasets, I aim to uncover new insights into cancer biology and ultimately contribute to better diagnosis and treatment.

I hold a double MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Bioinformatics. Previously, I worked on computer vision problems including fine-grained recognition, model interpretability, and autoregressive image modeling. I am broadly interested in deep learning and its applications to the sciences.
